This weeks You Capture assignment is "Spring". Again. Just like last week.

What does Spring really mean to me?
Woodticks.
Try again?
Okay. How about the magical beauty that follows an evening Spring storm?

When everything is saturated with rich blue and green colors.

The wet grass soaks through my shoes.

Some of my very favorite things come out to play. I can't keep my hands off them.

I almost forgot! My new header photo was taken that same evening. The plums are flowering! Mmmmmm....

Oh wow..
My most favorite thing in the whole world is that after storm feeling, how everything is calm and everything is fresh, dewy and sprinkled with leftovers of storm.
I think, you captured it beautifully, and I am quickly becoming one of your biggest fans. good work sister.
Yes, I love storms- feeling in the air before a storm, the wind and power during a storm, and the freshness that comes after a storm. Your shot captures it perfectly!
And I'm loving the wet grass shot- so wonderfully sharp!
You did a wonderful, wonderful job editing the sky...it is just amazingly PERFECT! I can SMELL the freshness! and are those raspberry bushes coming up? I bet your chickens love snacking on those! I always enjoy coming to visit...have a great night!
Ahhh! I love the lizard thing! My brother and I used to chase them all around!
Love your pictires! Your spring storm shot is so great.
Great job. I didn't participate this week, but I am glad you did. And I love the header photo. Cool lizard, too. :-)
I love spring storms, and we get a lot around here. I sleep better to the sound of rain than anything else.

I thought I was drooling over the first picture of the sky and then I saw your perfect, attention to detail ground pictures and I swooned. You and I wouldn't be able to take a walk together because we'd both be looking down rather than where we are going LOL :)
Looks like your spring has been like ours . . . wet!
I love the first shot. Those blues are beautiful! And your new header looks lovely!
I love your header et that first shot is very dramatic.
I love that stormy sky. I'm a sucker for a rainy day.
