1. Golden

The sound of fields being combined surrounds our little place lately. I expect these soybeans behind our home will come off this week. But for now, our boys delight in filling their pockets with dry beans that they snack on while they play.
2. Smell

These pears are bumped up and bruised and look like they've seen better days. Despite appearances, they are so juicy and smell wonderful... but best of all, they still taste amazing!
And seriously, again?

I have just too much help around here sometimes.
3. Fruit

We did finally have a hard frost a few days ago, but I was pleasantly surprised at how cold tolerant our raspberries are.
4. Simple

I do not like these things. When we moved in here they were on every window. Every. Single. One. Do I understand this? No.
5. Sports

Probably I'm cheating on this one. Wrestling? The little Bean had her brother screaming for mercy only moments later. That's my girl!

I'm so glad you participated this week! I really love your smell shot as well as your golden shot...Nicely done. You certainly do have a lot of helpers! Hope you have a great week.
The first shot of pears is gorgeous! x
I love these pics! the first pear picture is amazing. Il ove different pics like that!
I like the soybean shot, and the fun “helper” shot! The cropping on the pear shot is great!
Love your soybean shot! And had to laugh at your sport shot...reminds me of the wrestle fests that take place here!
I love the soybean shot and the lines in the blinds. I hate those things too, but somehow you made them interesting.
Your soybeans are miraculous! That shot is definitely golden. Your 1st pear shot is my favorite though. So soft and dreamy.
As always, your photos kill me they are so good. I'm going with the flow (not something I normally do) and choosing the first pear shot as my fave. (I kinda want it for me blog's header.) And blinds? I know some people gotta have 'em (and I supppose it's great that your house came with one for every window - they're spendy little buggers) but I don't understand them either.
all great shots! love the one of the pear and that reflection, beautiful
It's been a long time since I smelled a nice ripe pear. You've got me craving a pear. I really enjoyed your berry picture.
Thanks for commenting over at my blog.
Blessings
These are be-U-tiful shots! That first one is frame worthy - blown up super big!
Love your pear shot!! Can't eat 'em (they gross me out!) but I like to look at them. In pictures. ;)
The beans are coming off here, too. I keep waiting for the field beside us to go.
I love the pear shots! And how do you keep the mini blinds so clean?!
haha... too much help! Completely way too much. Even a hubby is too much a times and your hands are much more full!
I love the pear shot and the blinds, looking at that photo is a reminder that what looks simple actually is visually striking and complicated. look at al those lines and areas of contrast.
Oh my gosh, what lovely photographs you take! This is my first time to your blog - thanks for visiting mine. I will add you to my Google Reader! Looking forward to reading more. :-)
